Welcome to International Aerospace Quality Group
Online Aerospace Supplier Information System (IAQG-OASIS). If you are working in the aerospace industry, involved in aerospace supplier selection and surveillance, this is your reliable source for aerospace supplier certification and registration data.
This online resource contains a list of suppliers who are certified / registered under the IAQG rules to be in compliance with the aerospace quality management system requirements (9100 series). This resource also contains all bodies involved in the process (i.e. National Accreditation Bodies, Certification Bodies and Authenticated Aerospace Experienced Auditors).
Personal information can be seen or modified using the menu on top.
9100 Series Aerospace Quality Management System Transition
The 9100 series Aerospace Quality Management System (AQMS) transition period will officially come to an end on 15 September 2018. On this date all certificates that have not been re-issued to the revised AQMS standards will either expire or become invalid.
An expired AQMS certificate, by itself, does not indicate that an organization does not have a compliant AQMS. An expired certificate should be considered a supplier risk item.
In April 2018, the IAQG agreed to a change to Supplemental Rule SR003 that allowed for organizations to complete 9100 series AQMS certificate transition beyond 15 September 2018 as long as the on-site audit was started before 15 September 2018 and the certification process is completed by 15 March 2019.
Certificates will be withdrawn and Organizations will need to follow the initial certification process if their transition audit was not started by 15 September 2018 date. The IAQG has produced information to help understand the detail of these changes. Please click on this and review the supporting information.
The IAQG Other Party Management Team (OPMT) has published a Supplemental Rule, SR003, to provide detailed requirements that help all Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) certification scheme stakeholders manage their transition to the revised standards. SR003 is still available to download and view by clicking on this link.
